RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your support and for shopping with us. Our task is to first make sure you have a great experience browsing, while purchasing artwork and jewelry with us. Your feedback and questions are extremely valuable to us and we would love to hear from you.

All products that are Sum Poetry Drama Art or  Tuddle Find Treasures Handmade Seashell Jewelry are identified and categorized on the product detail page. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any Sum Poetry Drama Art or Tuddle Find Treasures Handmade Seashell Jewelry, that you originally paid full price for, you may return it within 14 business days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

Sum Poetry Drama Art Sales:

All Sum Poetry Drama Art and Tuddle Find Treasures Handmade Seashell Jewelry purchased on sale, are final and non-refundable. 

If you do decide to return your Sum Poetry Drama Art or Tuddle Find Treasures Handmade Seashell Jewelry, previously purchased at full price, please follow these instructions:

1. Email info@sumpoetrydrama.com with the name of your artwork or picture of your handmade seashell jewelry, receipt information and specific reason for the return.
2. Sum Poetry Drama Art will get back to you with specific return label information. The cost of return shipping will be paid by customer.
3. Pack the artwork or seashell jewelry back in the original box with the Return Authorization form, as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity (for all artwork)  that was included in the package. No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the artworks need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns.

Unless noted otherwise, all partner works are final sale and non-refundable. 

For Damaged Prints:

We will first apologize, if in the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition. Please take photos of the item(s) and of the shipping box it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to info@sumpoetrydrama.com. A Sum Poetry Drama Art representative will get back to you in 2 business days on how to proceed with your order.

Tuddle Find Treasures Sales:

All Tuddle Find Treasures handmade necklaces purchased on sale, are final and non-refundable.  Any damaged merchandise are non-refundable, but will be replaceable with a merchandise of you choice, equal to purchased price,

TUDDLE FIND TREASURES JEWELRY CARE

While our seashells are waterproof, parts of your necklace might not be.

Please follow the care instructions below for the upkeep and longevity of your beautiful seashell jewelry.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

* Please be extra careful around saltwater, chlorine, perfumes, oils and lotions, as they can tarnish your jewelry faster. 

* Avoid spraying oils or perfumes directly on your jewelry. 

* Keep your jewelry as dry as possible and away from humid areas (if not being worn).

*When putting on and taking off your jewelry, please refrain from pulling or tugging on your necklace. 

* Handle each piece of you beach jewelry with care.

*Please remove all seashell jewelry before sleeping.
